Algonquin Lakeside Inn resort borders Algonquin Provincial Park with lakeside adult resort accommodation, luxury suites and rental housekeeping cottages.
We are a small lakefront resort just 5 minutes west of world famous Algonquin Park open during Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. Catering to adults, couples seeking a quiet, tranquil and peaceful stay, all rooms have hairdryers, televisions, satellite TV, DVD player, air conditioning, and are strictly non-smoking.
Situated on beautiful Oxtongue Lake, the Inn offers fabulous lakeshore views, high quality accommodations and a dining room.
Accommodations:
We offer a variety of accommodations ranging from self-catering, (housekeeping) cottages to our spacious lakeside rooms and for those special occasions our cozy King bed suites.
If you are looking for luxury Algonquin Park resort accommodations we feature fully renovated and have sparkling clean Waterfront rooms with private patios, Anniversary or Honeymoon Suites, rental Housekeeping cottages, some with fireplaces and jacuzzi tub.

COTTAGES:
Our cottages range from one room open concept to two-bedroom units each of which has been recently renovated. Features include queen size beds, whirlpool bathtub with shower, pedestal sink and toilet.
Room furnishings may include wall to wall carpeting, sofa and gas fire place, walls of knotty pine with each unit possessing its own unique view.
The cottages are available on a weekly basis and on a minimum 3-night stay when possible.
All cottages are equipped with refrigerator and stove, microwave, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes and glassware, coffee maker and toaster. There are no televisions. Bed linens are provided.
SUITES:
Our suites are great for that private getaway and all with the exception of one have a waterfront view. Suite features may include screened-in porch with cedar sun deck, gas fireplace, air-conditioning and a King size bed.
We have one housekeeping suite which is open concept kitchen/dining and living room space with fireplace. Bedroom with ensuit bathroom and whirlpool tub. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, stove, toaster, dishwasher, plates and cutlery etc.
ROOMS:
Our rooms are spacious and comfortable with most featuring a lovely view of the lake. Room features include Queen/King size bed with air-conditioning, whirlpool bath tub with shower, vanity and toilet. Some rooms offer a full size sofa and writing desk with access to a patio.
Dining:
As a full service resort, the Algonquin Lakeside Inn has a Licensed Non-smoking Dining Room with fireplace. Servicing tastefully prepared cuisine which we will happily tailor for special diets, such as vegetarian, gluten free, Vegan etc. Just notify your server and you can speak with the Chef. We are licensed for bring your own bottle (B.Y.O.B.) for a cover charge of $10.
ACTIVITIES:
Our canoes and kayaks are free to our guests to use to explore Oxtongue Lake with many private wilderness areas, as well the fantastic Ragged Falls waterfall. Hike in Algonquin Park, a photo paradise, with world class bird watching. See moose, deer, and bear. On Highway 60 just 5 minutes west of Algonquin Provincial Park on the shores of beautiful Oxtongue Lake.
Our Algonquin region Ontario resort is the perfect location for romantic couples getaway vacations with attractions like: snowmobiling, dog sledding, cross country skiing, canoeing, fall colour tours, birding, wildlife and nature photography. |

Rates are based on double occupancy.
A charge of $20.00 per person, per day, applies for more than two people.
All prices quoted are for accommodation only (for two people), in Canadian Dollars + ADD ( HST ) of 14%.
DEPOSIT- is required at time of reservation in the amount of first night accommodation for rooms and suites, $250 for cottages per week during peak season.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling this space. For this reason we uphold a strict cancellation policy:
If a cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to your arrival date, you may elect either to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $30.00 Administration fee, or apply the entire amount of your deposit towards a future stay within the next year.
For Rooms and Suites - If a cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to your arrival date, you may elect either to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $30.00 administration fee,or apply the entire amount of your deposit towards a future stay within the next year. If cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, no refund will be possible regardless of the reason. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirm reservation dates, you will be responsible for all the original room nights booked from your intended stay.
For Cottages - Should you cancel your weekly stay in a cottage, deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.
